Running FAQ's:

  • What is a virtual run?

A virtual run allows you to conduct your run at home, at the office, at the park, or anywhere you like! You may run the 5K distance in one day or break it up over multiple days.

 

  • How do I submit my time?

You are not required to submit your time, however if you are proud of your accomplishment and wish to share it publicly, you may send it to us and we will display your time for the world to see! To submit your time, go to “Contacts” and fill out the information including your run time. Your subject line should be “Submitting Time.”

 

  • Can I complete my virtual run before I receive my merch?

Yes. You may run anytime and anywhere.

 

  • Is there an app I should use to track my time?

NikeRun and Runkeeper are great apps you can use to track your time, but you are free to use any apps you’d like to track your time. 

Registration FAQ's:

  • Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?

You may cancel your registration to receive a refund within 48 hours after your initial purchase.

 

  • How do I cancel my registration to receive a refund? 

Please reach out to us through our “Contact” page to request a refund. Your subject line should be “Request for Refund.”

 

  • How can I receive another copy of my confirmation email?

Please reach out to us through our “Contact” page to receive another copy of your confirmation email. Your subject line should be “Resend Confirmation Email.” Do ensure that you use the same email that you used to register so we can ensure that the confirmation information is sent to the correct email address/recipient. 

Running Gear Shipment FAQ’s:

  • How much will gear shipping cost?

$6.95 for USA shipping

$16.95 for Canada shipping

 

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my gear by the end of February 2021?

If you do not receive your gear by the end of February 2021, please email us and we will mail out a new gear shipment for you. If after three shipping attempts you do not receive your gear, we are unable to make any further attempts. 

 

  • Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, you may update your shipping address by contacting us through our Contact page with the subject line “Change Address.”

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is limited to within the United States or Canada.

 

  • How will I know when my gear has been shipped?

You will receive an email with the tracking link and a picture for proof that your gear has been shipped.

 

  • Do you ship to APO (Army Post Office) addresses?

Yes, we do; although we recommend shipping to your home address due to potential issues that can occur regarding shipping to APO addresses. 

Shirt FAQ’S:

  • What shirt sizes are available?

The available shirt sizes include S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL.

 

  • Can I update my shirt size if I haven’t received it yet?

Yes, you may update your shirt anytime before January 2021. After January 2021, we will not be able to change your shirt size.

 

  • Can I update my shirt size after I have received it?

Once you’ve received your shirt size, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Sorry :(
